Lalenhin Accuses APC, PDP of Lobbying to Buy PVC from INEC as ADC Holds Rally In Oyo

The gubernatorial candidate of the African Democratic Congress ADC Sen. Solagbade Olufemi Lanlehin has raised an alarm over the plan by the All Peoples Congress APC and Peoples of Peoples Democratic Party PDP of lobbying to buy Voters Card from INEC.

Lanlehin disclosed this at the party Zonal rally held at Oyo township stadium Oyo on Saturday

In a press statement signed by Engr Akeem Olatunji Director of Public Communication, News Media and Tertiary Institutions For Sen. Olufemi Lanlehin/Alaran Campaign Organization (SOLANCO). Lanlehin
accused both APC and PDP of making subtle and treacherous moves to buy the permanent voters cards (PVC) from electorate, in a prelude to perpetrating electoral fraud.

He however urged the electorates to be gallant and prevent their fraudulent plans, so as not to mortgage their future because the difference between APC and PDP can be said to be same

He also dvised the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC to openly and clearly show its independence, and not allow its integrity to be soiled by disreputable and desperate politicians who have lost relevance, but trying to perpetrate themselves in power and again take vengeance on the decisive electorate who have resolutely rejected them.

Lanlehin assured the populace of adequate security and protection of their votes since the African Democratic Party (ADC) is the preferred choice of the Oyo State masses and electorates.

Speaking on his plan, the Lawmaker , promised to address the poor state of health care in Oyo State by declaring state of emergency on the sector so as to tackle the various impediments to qualitative health care deliver in the state

“It was surprising that the four local governments that constitutes Oyo federal constituency have only two medical Doctors which confirm the general notion that Oyo State Hospitals are not only understaffed but the people of Oyo region have been marginalized and neglected.”

The Director General of the Senator Lanlehin/Alaran Campaign Organization (SOLANCO), Architect Bashiru Lawal, in his remarks restates the commitments of Sen. Lanlehin to improve the standard of education in Othe State

“Sen. Lanlehin’s administration beginning from May 29, 2019, by the special grace of God, will increase subventions to the tertiary institutions in the state as education remains a social contract between the governed and the government. Hence, the need to alleviate the burden on the parents and the stress on the students.”

The Chairman of ADC in Oyo State, Dr. Hamed Ayinla, in his speech called on the party faithfuls, well-wishers and supporters, to be united and also to extol the good virtues of Sen. Lanlehin, his deputy, Alh. Saheed Alaran, the incumbent and the senatorial candidate of Oyo Central, Sen Monsurat Sunmonu (SMS) and other ADC candidates for their doggedness and commitments to the ideas and principles of the party.

The rally had in attendance many political bigwigs and candidates of ADC for the forthcoming 2019 elections among whom are the Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Sen. Monsurat Sunmonu, Sen. Gbenga Babalola, Chief Sunday Adeyemo Igboho, Hon. Moruf Akinwande, Prince Ogundipe, Pa Lanihun, Hon. Nureni Adisa, the Oyo State ADC Chairman, Dr. Hamed Ayinla, State Secretary, Alh. Wasiu Emiola, State Organizing Secretary, Engr Adekola Hon Ladi Oluokun, Hon Lanre Agoro, Hon Omotayo, Otunba Folarin and many others.
