KWASU Hails  Abdulkareem Adedokun’s  Appointment  as High Court Judge in Oyo state

The Head of Department, Business and Private Law, Kwara State University, Dr. Abdulkareem Adedokun, has been appointed as a High Court Judge in Oyo State.

This announcement was contained in a congratulatory message signed by the Vice Chancellor, Professor Muhammed Mustapha Akanbi SAN.

The Vice Chancellor congratulated Dr Abdulkareem Adedokun on his deserved appointment as a judge of the High Court of Oyo State.

Professor Akanbi wished Justice Adedokun a fulfilling career on the bench, as he dispenses justice to all manner of men and women without fear or favour.

He added that he has no doubt that Dr Adedokun will succeed on this onerous assignment.

Dr Adedokun obtained an LL.B degree from University of Ilorin, Kwara State, with an LL.M and a PhD in Law of Taxation both from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 2006 and 2011
respectively.

His research interest is in Tax Law. He is also a Fellow of the Chattered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Notary Public.

The entire University community wish him the very best on the bench and pray he makes KWASU proud through his services to humanity and most especially God.
