The chief Imam of Ogbomosoland Imam Teliat Yunus Olushina has urged Hon Akinwale Solomon Akinwole not to allow his morale be dampened the loss of his Senatorial election but keep hope alive because because better there are better days ahead.
He gave this admonition at the maiden edition of Wolekanle Ramadan lecture held at Wole-Seyi campaign office, Takie Ogbomoso.
According to him ” A man with good vision must not rest Dony let anything discouraged you. keep your hope alive, “The loss of election is just a circumstances, better days are coming and i am sure God will grant your heart desires.
He described Wolekanle as a am of impeccable pedigree who has been of tremendous support to the advancement of Islam religion and humanity in the society.
” As a christian, he doesnt disrepute or denigrate islam, he respect and support islamic leaders and that is one of the reasons why i am here today , i pray Almighty Allah will continue to bless him.
While praying for the success of Engineer Seyi Makinde in office, The chief Imam urge people to coroprate with him and always play their role as a good citizen of Nigeria.
The grand mufti of Oyo state, Sheik Ismail Busari Okumebo and Chief Imam of Ogbomoso South local government Sheik Musa Abubakr Adesoji in their separate lectures harps on the need to have confidence in God, abide by his teachings and ways as well as be kind to people.
In his brief remark, Hon Akinwole appreciates the Muslim leaders and other stakeholders for honouring the invitation and pray that Almighty Allah will continue to bless and honour them
