The Executive Chairman of Iwajowa Local Government, Hon. Abdul-Jeleel Adebare Oyinloye, has extended a goodwill message to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Oluseyi Makinde on his re-election victory on Saturday, March 19th.
Oyinloye said Governor Makinde’s election victory is synonymous with building on the existing giant strides he recorded in every part of the state in the last four years of his administration as the number one man in the pacesetter state.
Describing Governor Makinde as a man of the people, Oyinloye stressed that the victory is dedicated to the Almighty God because of the crossed hurdles. “It has been proven that people loved you a lot. We have full belief and confidence in you and we know you will do amazing as an elected Governor of our dear Oyo State, congratulations on your success, sir”.
According to him, this can only be the work of God. “I know you were the best candidate there and people have chosen you and you won with a huge difference from other candidates, congratulations on your tremendous election success, our dearly beloved governor”.
Similarly, while congratulating the Honorable-elect for Iwajowa State Constituency at the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Ogunsola Anthony Oladejo, the chairman of Iwajowa, tasked Ogunsola to operate an open-door policy and be fair to all.
“An all-inclusive governance is a barometer around which every other success story revolves. You should continue to be a ‘good man’ you are; upright and altruistic to everyone, especially this time when providence, the will of God and the people’s mandate has brought you this far…”, Oyinloye said.
The Iwajowa council’s helmsman, however, appreciates the support of all the political actors in Oyo state, Oke-Ogun and Iwajowa local for their unending voting support for the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) from the top to the bottom. “The Seyi/Bayo Campaign DG, Barr. John Adeniyi Farinto and the Coordinator, Hon. Hakeem Adedibu (Chief Whip); the traditional rulers, the party leaders, religious leaders, PDP stalwarts and members of the PDP from wards to the state level, who worked assiduously for the party’s victory in the last governorship and House of Assembly elections. I also thank the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC), media and security outfits in Oyo state before, during and after the election”.
