The Ijebu Muslim College Old Students Association (IMCOSA), Set ’94, has ushered in a new leadership following the successful conduct of its March 1 election, marking a transition in its administrative structure.
The outgoing President, Zubair Mubarak Olaoluwapo (ZMO), alongside his executive members, formally handed over the mantle of leadership to Dr. Yasir AbdullLateef Olawale (YAO) and other newly elected officers who emerged victorious in the poll.
In a statement issued on behalf of the association, members of IMCOSA Set ’94 congratulated the new executives and charged them to sustain the legacy of dedication and service established by the previous administration. They emphasized the need for continuity in upholding the values and traditions of the association.
The group also extended congratulations to the National President of IMCOSA, Asiwaju Taiwo Adeniji, as well as the National Vice President I, Alhaja Folasade Odueke, who chairs the IMCOSA Day Organising and Project Committee, for the successful hosting of this year’s IMCOSA Day and the achievements recorded under their leadership.
They offered prayers for continued strength, wisdom, and good health for the national executives in their efforts to advance the association’s objectives and contribute meaningfully to the broader community.
The statement concluded with well wishes for the new Set ’94 leadership under Dr. Olawale, expressing hope for a peaceful and impactful tenure.
