Ibarapa: Farmer Regains Freedom After Payment of Ransom, Says His Abductors Are Fulani But They Speak Yoruba

A maize farmer  who recently regain freedom said those who abducted him are fulani but they speak yoruba fluently

The farmers simply identified as Femi was kidnapped last Friday in Ayete area on his way to his maize farm around Konko area of Ibarapa

Narrating his ordeal, the farmer said those who Abducted him have information about his movement and lay ambush for him on the road.

According to him ” we were three in the car but when we try to escape the didn’t pursue other, they came for me and took me to a border town between Ogun state and Benin- republic where they kept me for four days , i was released on the fifth days

He added that “After they torture me , they told me to tell my wife to sell my car to pay for ransom but i told them I dont have a car but to my suprise one of them told my the type of car I am using , the colour and the  plate number ‘

Femi maintained that ” About 8 of them attacked me but when we got to their hideouts they were 12, i was not the only one in their captive

When asked how he was released, Femi said immediately i was abducted they contacted my family and demanded for ransom, my people  were able to gather some money which they paid   and they released me, they dropped me at a border community between oyo and ogun state
