The Alumni Association of Ibadan Christ Apostolic Grammar School Old Boys Association Aperin, Oniyere Ibadan ((ICAGSOBA) on Thursday donated 150 seater library to their alma matter.
The newly furnished library building is another contributions of the old student towards enhancement of academic excellence in their former school
While commissioning the library,President of the Old Students Association (ICAGSOBA) Barrister Morohunkola Thomas, said that the Association equipped the recently built Library Complex in a bid to allow for more access to books by the students as the old library in the school could no longer accommodate the students population which has grown above what the old library could take.
The former commissioner for Education in Oyo state, appreciated the the UK, USA chapters and other members that supported the project. He called on the students to make good use of the library
In his remarks, Oyo State NULGE President Comrade Ayobami Adeogun thanked members of the Association for thier committement in ensuring quality delivery of education to the school.
He alao charged the students to make thier studies a priority.
Elder Shina Balogun of 1981 set who represented the set that rebuilt the library commended the President for his support to them to make the new library a reality .
The three school Principals in a vote of thanks appreciated the efforts of the Association.
