Comic skitmaker Ganiu Kehinde popularly known as Ijoba lande has said that he left home due to depression
Lande who was declared missing after his wife reported to the police that the husband left home and never returned in a video said that he was not kidnapped
Lande who was found along LASU road on Thursday said “nobody kidnapped me, i left home due to depression and thank God i am back home now ”
Speaking on how he attempted suicide, Lande said “It was 8 p.m. when I got to the area, so I waited until 12 p.m. so that people would not notice me.” I jumped into the river at midnight so that nobody would be able to rescue me. “I’m not stupid, and I’m an adult, but the problems I’m facing made me take the decision to go missing.”
He appreciated everyone especially people in the entertainment industry for their concerns and love during the travail and prayed that the problem that will make them to think that suicide is the solution will not arise.
Lande it was gathered that left home because of his inability to meet up with domestic demand and effectively cater for his immediate family.
