Hon.Yusuf Promises To Bring Lasting Solutions to Foko -Itasaku , Says Police Station Project Will Be Ready Soon

The youngest lawmaker at Oyo State House of Assembly, Honestly. Yusuf Adebisi visited the recent volatile areas at Ibadan Southwest Constituency 1 especially Foko -Itasaku where a fresh gang violence attack happen at the dead hour of few days ago.

The attack which was between two rival groups started due to a rival gang accusing the other of can be term a irrelevant issues.

The lawmaker representing Ibadan Southwest State Constituency 1 got to the scene where five people have lost their lives and many were injured. He called the men of operation burst and Nigeria police agents on ground to keenly monitor and put all surveillance in necessary area and maintain peace, law and order.

Hon. Adebisi how appeal to people to remain calm and believe in the security men on ground.

“Meanwhile their is need to ensure peace and stability to reign and we are reassuring our people that they should have a rest of mind as all hands are on deck especially from all security apparatus in the state to maintain law and order and make sure our people enjoy the coming Sallah celebration”. He said.

Hon. Yusuf who have since relocated to the constituency to make sure their is a lasting peace met with all parties involved, signed an undertaking with the police and Operation Burst team including himself that nothing of such must not happen again.

Meanwhile a meeting was held with the head of the family and Mogaji of the compound, sounding a note of warning to the youths and asked the leaders to call their wards to order as government shall not tolerate such incidents henceforth.

He further urged the community, religious leaders including the recognize youths, Men and women associations to cooperate with security operatives and his office to give useful information on anybody who is causing unnecessary crisis in the neighborhood.

He uses the opportunity to brief the entire community on the state of things on the Police Station construction, saying work is ongoing but confirmed that some elders of the community are against it but he is ready to the needful for the community.

Meanwhile on another development the Executive Governor of Oyo State has approved a secondary school to Hon. Yusuf Adebisi who is representing Ibadan Southwest constituency 1.

The SUBEB Chairman Prof. Nureni Adeniran and Hon. Adebisi visited the proposed site for the Secondary School and it is believe that the talk shall reach the Top Gear for the take off of the project.

Hon. Adebisi congratulate the Muslim faithfuls for the forthcoming Sallah celebration, he call for peaceful Sallah and advice the faithfuls to abide by the teachings of the celebration which is sacrifice.
