The Special Adviser to the Oyo State Governor on Culture and Tourism, Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige has congratulated all the newly appointees for the 2023 campaign team for the re-election of the Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde, charging them to see their appointments as a call to duty which requires great commitment and sacrifice.

Hon. Akeem Ademola Ige stated this in a congratulatory message he personally issued and made available to journalsits in Ibadan following the constitution of the campaign committee team for the second term announced by the Governor at a meeting held at Government House, Agodi on Friday.

Hon. Ige noted that the members of the committee; Chief Bayo Lawal-Director-General of campaign committee, Dr Nureni Adeniran, Deputy DG, Oyo South, Adeniyi Farinto Deputy DG, Oyo North, Hon Toyin Balogun, Director of Women Mobilization and Salami Ibrahim Dikko for Youths Mobilization are all politicians of impeccable characters who are capable of campaigning and mobilizing massively towards ensuring victory for the PDP and Governor Makinde come 2023.

While admonishing them to justify the confidence reposed in them by the Governor while carrying out the task ahead of them, Hon. Ige assured that he and other lovers of Omi titun project will complement their efforts in propagating the Governor’s outstanding performance in office to the electorates in order to record total victory in 2023.
