Governor Zulum Seeks Collaboration With 5 Universities, Teaching Hospitals in Egypt

Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum is in Cairo, Egypt, leading a small team, that will visit five universities, among them, the famous Al-Azhar University.

During the visit, Governor Zulum is expected to discuss collaboration on Healthcare, higher education and Agriculture.

Zulum is scheduled to visit Azhar University Teaching Hospital for collabration in respect of Borno’s University Teaching Hospital.

Governor Zulum also had a detailed meeting with the officials of Nigerian Embassy in Cairo, he expressed appreciation for the warm reception accorded to him.

The Governor was accompanied by a member representing Maiduguri Metropolitan in the state assembly, Hon. Alhaji Ali Kotoko, Commissioner of Agriculture, Engr. Bukar Talba, Commissioner of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Engr. Dr. Babagana Mustapha Malumbe and other top officials.
