According to findings, the yet to be completed building was started during Alhaji Lamidi Adesina’s administration as Governor’s office library and research center
Subsequent administrations neglected the building and its has become a home for rodents and pests inside the government secretariat.
Many buildings have been erected by the government that came after the late Lam but this particular is of concerned base on the location an the purpose it was meant for.
