Ondo state governor, Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa has received widespread commendation following the appointment of Dupe Adetuwo as the Special Assistant on Arts and Culture.
Barrister Wale Ojo-Lanre, the Director General of the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism, hailed the decision as “apt, perfect, fit, and proper.”
In his statement, Barrister Ojo-Lanre emphasized that Governor Ayedatiwa has chosen the best candidate for the position.
He pointed out that Princess Dupe Adetuwo is a Veteran Nollywood Actor of over 40 years with an unblemish record who has through her artistic and Cultural creativity displayed to the whole world her mastery of the sector.
He praised Dupe Adetuwo’s exceptional virtues, attributes, and extensive experience in the field of arts culture and sports.
“Dupe Adetuwo, being a princess with royal heritage, has been immersed in art and culture from birth. She was born into the cultural traditions of the palace and has distinguished herself in Nigeria’s arts, culture, and creative industries,” Ojo-Lanre remarked.
He further described the appointment as a “classical example of putting a square peg in a square hole,” highlighting Governor Ayedatiwa’s commitment to seeking quality minds for the administration of Ondo State.
Ojo-Lanre expressed confidence that Dupe Adetuwo’s appointment would not only add significant value to Governor Ayedatiwa’s administration but also elevate the arts and culture sector of Ondo State to a global platform.
