The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gastab Group of Companies and Zonal Chairman of the Petroleum Tanker Drivers (PTD), Alhaji Saheed Omogbolahan Adigun, fondly known as Oba Mobil, has congratulated His Imperial Majesty, Oba Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, on the occasion of his 81st birthday and installation as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland scheduled for Friday Sept 26
In his message of felicitation, Alhaji Adigun described the new Olubadan as a unique personality whose exemplary lifestyle, humility, and dedication to service are worthy of emulation. He noted that Oba Ladoja’s remarkable journey through politics, business, and community leadership has prepared him for the exalted throne.
He observed that the coincidence of Oba Ladoja’s birthday with his official installation as Olubadan was not only symbolic but also a divine blessing, marking a new chapter in his life and in the history of Ibadanland. According to him, this rare occurrence reflects grace and a call to greater responsibility for the monarch.
The Gastab CEO and PTD Zonal Chairman prayed for a peaceful reign filled with wisdom, strength, and prosperity for Ibadanland under the leadership of Oba Ladoja. He expressed strong belief that the new king’s reign would herald unity, progress, and growth across the city and beyond.
Alhaji Adigun further called on all sons and daughters of Ibadanland to extend full cooperation, unwavering loyalty, and constant prayers for their new king.
