Bolaji Ogundele, a prominent journalist with The Nation newspaper and son of the deceased, described his late mother as a “jewel of inestimable value” whose life was dedicated to the well-being of others. “She was a very passionate mother whose wise counsel and deep compassion will be sorely missed,” he said.

Family, friends, and well-wishers are expected to gather at the ceremony to pay their final respects to Madam Ogundele, whose life touched many in her community.
