Sir Akinyele Opeyemi Alexander former miniser of information amd Chairman National Sport Commision is dead
According to a statement by one of his sons, Constantine Akinfolarin Akinyele, the Ondo chief passed away Thursday night after a brief illness.
Born on April 24th 1938, the former NIPR president and industrialist attended all Saint Primary School Ondo, Gboluji Grammar School Ile-Oluji and St. Andrew’s College Oyo.
He studied English language at Obafemi Awolowo University
He was also the first Public Relation Officer of Nigeria Customs and excise and also served as National President of Nigerian Institute if Public Relation NIPR
