The residence of a popular Yoruba activist and freedom fighter, Chief Sunday Adeyemo otherwise known as Sunday Igboho was in the early hours of tuesday gutted by fire.
The house located at Soka area of Ibadan was one of his houses in that area.
One of the neighbours who pleaded to speak under the condition of anonymity to Naijatoday.com that there were sporadic shootings to scare people while the dastardly act was in progress, adding that countless bullets were found when they woke up this morning.
Mr Adeyemo lived in the new house which is not far from the place but some people occupies a section of the resident
