Mrs Ruth Olanihun Dare, mother of Chief Sunday Akin Dare CON, FNIS, the Immediate Past Minister of Youth and Sports Development and AGBAAKIN OF Ogbomoso Land has passed on
According to the former Minister, Mama Dare peacefully departed this earth on February 29, 2024, at the age of 92.
The Agbaaking of Ogbomosoland in a statement issued to announce her mum’s depature said “Mama was not only a devoted mother but also a pillar of strength and kindness within her family, community, and nation. Her life was a testament to grace, compassion, and unwavering dedication.
“Her passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of her loved ones and the wider community. Her legacy of love and wisdom will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
“The family humbly requests prayers and support during this difficult time as they mourn the loss of their beloved matriarch.”
