Mrs Grace Odetomi, wife of former commissioner and three-term chairman of Ogbomoso South local government, Mr. Remi Odetomi was in the early hours of today murdered by unknown gunmen in Ibadan
Popularly called, “Iya Biola” was killed in her home around Ashi area of Ibadan, Oyo state capital in the early hours of Saturday.
He husband , Hon Remi Odetomi could not be reached but a source close to the family confirmed the incident .
She retired as a primary school teacher and ventured into a private business
Confirming the sad incident, Oyo State Police Public Relation Officer Deputy Superintendent of Police, DSP Adewale Osifeso in a message made available journalist said that, “The deceased, Olayemi Odetomi, aged 66yrs, died on the spot after being shot during a robbery incident which occured during the early hours of Friday 25th June, 2021 in her home.
