(Five Hundred Thousand Naira) to Osunleke Oludare Alaba, an ex students of the institute who recently demanded refund of his tuition fees from the school management and return his certificate
Another physically challenged ex student students of the institute,Kewejo John Babatunde was also presented a sum of N1m naira to support his business as a commercial driver.
Alaba had last week visited his alma matter to demand for the refund of his school fees and return the certificate because he consider it worthless and add no value to his life.
The Ibadan born graduate of Agric extension in his narration said he is frustrated and he didn’t want to engage in any form or crimes or activities that negate his belief system.
Mr Onilede said the financial intervention is to cushion the effect of economic realities on the selected beneficiaries
Mr Kewejo whose first born was also given scholarship up to the University level appreciate the Association for coming to his rescue and being a beacon of support for his family.
Mr. Alaba in his remark said his moves
to want to return his certificate wasn’t for a publicity gimmick, but rather to sensitive the world about his plight as a graduate.
He commended the organization for giving him such a large sum of money to help him establish himself.
