Before I begin, I would like to correct a misrepresentation about the beautiful waterfall in Erin Ijesa, Osun State. It is the Olumirin Waterfall, not the Erin Ijesa Waterfall.

I want to make it clear that whatever is happening to this beautiful waterfall now is not the fault of Governor Ademola Adeleke. He bears no blame in this matter whatsoever.

Osun State is home to three exceptional waterfalls:
1. Olumirin Waterfall, Erin Ijesa
2. Ayinkunugba Waterfall, Oke-Ila
3. Abojowa Waterfall, Oke-Ila (seasonal)

For the past 12 years, I, along with my colleagues Remi Oladoye, Mimiola Olaoluwa, and Tayo Adelaja, under the Alarinka Agbaye Team, have been traveling around Nigeria, particularly the Southwest region, to promote and advocate for the enhancement of various tourism sites at my own expense.

It is with this in mind that I want you to read my efforts in canvassing and advocating for the enhancement of the Olumirin Waterfall in Erin Ijesa. Whatever is happening to this waterfall now is not the doing of Governor Ademola Adeleke, but rather our collective and deliberate stance of not listening to some prophets when they are calling our attention.

I am glad that, like the former Governor Aregbesola, Governor Ademola Adeleke is now taking over. I have dedicated a significant part of my life to laboring for the enhancement of tourism in Nigeria, particularly in the Southwest region, at my own expense. I am grateful that there is now a glimmer of hope shining through the tunnel.
