Erelu Funmi Rotiba, Erelu Asa of Nigeria has been made the brand ambassador of Toposyl Realtors, an estate management company in Nigeria.
Rotiba , a tour and travel consultant is joining Apesin of Fuji in Oyo state Taiwo Akande Adebisi , popularly known as Taiye Currency as the brand ambassador of the company.
The deal was sealed on Thursday at the office at Special Tours and Travels Ltd , Challenge Ibadan
Rotiba in a brief remark said she accepted the offer base on the reliability of the company ” Toposyl Realtor is a responsible and reliable estate management company, and i can say confidently that the directors are not people of shady characters, i have been to their sites, they are all genuine”.
She said further that ” Their payment system is also easy for low income earners, artisans, traders and others.”
Ibrahim Oluwaseyi, the Director of the company while explaining the choice of Rotiba as brand Ambassador said, Erelu Asa is one of the reliable promoters of Yoruba culture and Tradition.
According to him, We don’t deal with people of shady character because our company is a government accredited agency, we have integrity, and that is why we choose people with proven integrity as our brand ambassador.
Speaking about the company, Oluwaseyi said ” Toposyl Realtour is a an estate management company with Headquarter in Abuja and branches in Lagos, Oyo and other some of the federation.
“We sell verified and lands at affordable rates, and we structured our payment system in such a way that prospective buyers wont have difficulties in paying for the land”
Apart from extending the payment which span for two years, we allocated land at 70 percent payment and all our lands have facilities such as perimeter fencing, Security post, transformer, Access road and others.
Oluwaseyi said they have lands at Arapaja area, Ologuneru, Ido, Igbo Oloyin and Elebu
