The leading governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress in Osun State and National Secretary of the party,Dr Ajibola Basiru has rejoiced with the Muslim Community in Osun State and beyond on this year’s Eidul Adh’ah.
In a release by the Spokesperson of Senator Ajibola Basiru Campaign Organization, Professor Sulaiman Ajala,Dr Basiru felicitated with Muslims for witnessing another Eid.
“We thank the Almighty Allaah for another grace of life to be part of this year’s celebrations. It’s a privilege not by our doing or strength or power.”
“I want to appreciate the people of Osun State for sustaining the confidence in APC. I appreciate the sacrifice we have made so far under the clueless administration in the State.”
“I also thumb up for the support so far given to the Federal Government under Asiwaju Bola Tinubu with the policies turning things around gradually for Nigerians.”
Dr Basiru enjoins the people of the State to use this period to pray for a more prosperous Osun as he had declared his intention to govern the State,having acquired all it takes to be elected the Governor in 2026.
“I treasure the support of our people for Alubarika Movement,I relish your unrelenting efforts and admire your courage at seeing that determination to Govern the State sees the light of the day. I still want to prod us to use this period of acceptance of prayers to pray for our dear State,Nation and party,particularly APC’s triumph in next year’s Governorship poll in Osun and other elections elsewhere.”
He admonished the Muslim Ummah to celebrate in moderation and extend love and kindness to everybody irrespective of their religious cravings.
“May Allaah accept our sacrifices and make witness more in sound health and prosperity,” Basiru prays.
