The remains of the late Deputy Commissioner of police, DCP Gbolahan Olugbemi will be buried on thursday 4th April, 2024.

Although there is no official notice from the police or family but National Insight exclusively gathered that he would be buried at his residence located at petros academy street low cast area Ogbomoso.

Olugbemi’s dead body was found hanging in his house on Monday which suggests that he committed suicide.

The late DCP Gbolahan Olugbemi untill his death was the Commissioner of police in charge of special enquiry bureau force CID Annex Alagbon close ikosi Lagos.

He was also the ADC to late Governor Alao Akala and Personal Assistant to late DIG Israel Ajao and late CP Young Arebamen.

A source who didn’t want his name in print said ” He was a diligent officer who always love keeping to himself, his death could have been as a result of depression.

Ask if he ever married, the source hinter that he was never married.
