Oyo State Commandant, CC Iskilu Akinsanya of NSCDC today commissioned the pure water factory of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Cooperative investments and Credit Society at Benjamin Eleyele, Ibadan
Commandant who was taking round the factory and vehicle bought for easy transportation of the pure water said that NSCDC Oyo State Command is first among the Cooperative Societies in NSCDC that have a standard factory building and vehicle without owning any bank or individual in Nigeria. He added.
He encouraged the officers and men to be more committed toward tackling various security challenges across the State and be loyal to the new head of NSCDC in Nigeria CG Audi Ahmed Abubakar, mni, fcar who takes the welfare of officers and men as sacrosanct in his heart.
Commandant Iskilu Abiodun Akinsanya on Monday also allocated papers and 15 houses to beneficiaries of 50 housing unit for NSCDC cooperative by World Marketers Assisting International Company in WOMAI Estate Seriki Village, Oleyo Ibadan to commemorate the handing over of the present Cooperative Executive and AGM.
The outgoing president Busayo Akinyemi appreciate the State Commandant for giving the Exco free hand to operate without interference as this enables the Executive to perform optimally with various project carried out and loan disbursement to put smile on the faces of officers and men who invest their money in the Cooperative.
Commandant Iskilu Akinsanya encouraged the officers to invest into their future through financial management providing shelter for their family, invest in their children education, save for their retirement and be humane and professional in their dealing with members of the public as they will become a civilian one day.
He call on the general public to support the security agencies through giving timely and accurate information that can nip crime in the bud to ensure a safe and peaceful state.
