The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has announced the release of the shortlist for candidates who applied for recruitment into the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS), Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Federal Fire Service (FFS), and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

In a public announcement signed by the Secretary to the Board, Major General AM Jibril (Rtd), dated October 29, 2025, the Board urged all applicants to visit its official recruitment portal — https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng — from Thursday, October 30, 2025, to confirm if they have been shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process.

According to the statement, shortlisted candidates are expected to check the portal for information on their Computer-Based Test (CBT), including the date, time, and venue.

The Board also cautioned applicants to beware of fraudulent individuals and fake websites, emphasizing that the official portal remains the only authentic platform for all recruitment-related information.
