In a landmark development aimed at enriching community life, the former chairman ,House committee on Information National Orientation Ethics and Values, Hon. Olusegun Odebunmi, facilitated a state-of-the-art viewing center in Ajaawa, Ogo-Oluwa Local Government Area of Oyo State.
The project, realized through a collaborative effort with the Nigerian Film Cooperation, not only signifies a remarkable stride in cultural enrichment but also brings forth numerous benefits for the local community.
The newly commissioned viewing center is poised to play a pivotal role in fostering community engagement and unity. By providing a central hub for residents to enjoy a wide array of sports ,films and cultural content, the facility serves as a catalyst for social interaction and shared experiences.
Odebunmi in his opening remark reiterated that the initiatives aligns with his vision to create spaces that promote a sense of community belonging and cultural appreciation.
He noted that beyond it’s cultural significance, the viewing center is expected to contribute to the economic development of the region. As a hub for entertainment, and has the potential to attract visitors from neighboring areas, thereby stimulating local businesses and creating job opportunities within the community.
