The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar, has said his first assignment after winning the presidential election is to reopen Nigeria’s borders and make lives easier for Nigerians.
This was made known by Atiku to a huge gathering on Wednesday during the PDP presidential campaign in Dutse, Jigawa State capital, in front of a large throng.
In addition to allocating $10 billion to promote women and youth in Nigeria, he pledged to concentrate more on enhancing the country’s economy and agriculture.
As the primary pursuits of the people of Jigawa State, I will encourage business and farming. If you support the PDP, I would also open the borders to facilitate trade with the Niger Republic and other nearby nations.
To the extent that they won’t ever go on strike again, Atiku promised to handle and end the ongoing issue with Nigerian colleges”, he pledged.
PDP National Chairman Iyorchia Ayu, who also spoke, declared that Nigeria needs a president with experience who can handle all of the nation’s issues.
He claims that the current All Progressives Congress is not a party that promotes development and does not address the needs and ambitions of the average person.
“APC is the party of fooling people and spewing lies,” a critic of the party once said.
Apparently Jigawa is for the PDP and prepared to vote the party out in the general election of 2023, according to the enormous gathering, he claimed.
