Afrobeat musician, Seun Kuti has appeared at the Magistrates Court, Yaba, on Wednesday, for the continuation of his trial over alleged assault on a Police officer.

Seun who was released from Police custody on Tuesday appeared in court in company of his wife as well as his lawyer, Femi Falana, SAN.

The musician left Police facility in Panti on Tuesday night after fulfilling his bail terms.

His trial earlier slated for Tuesday was adjourned to Wednesday following the absence of Justice Adeola Olatubosun of the Chief Magistrates Court in Yaba, Lagos State.

According to Seun’s lawyers, the trial was adjourned as a result of the judge attending a training course.
