An online platform had on Wednesday writes that the APC chieftains is rallying some of his former aides and associates to intimate them on his planned to leave PDP
When contacted , the Director General Alao Akala campaign Oragnization, Dr Kola Balogun said it is not true, the former governor is in Abuja and he has not even told anybody that he is moving to another party
It would be recalled that Otunba Akala who was the Labour party gubernatorial candidate in 2015 defected to APC months after the election left the PDP in 2015 when it was obvious that some elements in the party are there to frustrate his ambition .
An inside source in ogbomoso also told our reporter that the former governor is likely to contest for Senate seat for Oyo North Senatorial district in 2019, the position which is currently been hold by his kinsmen Senator Abdulfatai Buhari
