The Akinlayo Kolawole Davidson Foundation has said that the 2021 Universal Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)candidates in Ilejemeje, Moba and Ido Osi Local Government Areas of Ekiti State who pass excellently in the Examination would qualify for its scholarship awards.

The initiator, Hon. Kolawole Akinlayo, said the foundation would award scholarship to lucky students from Ilejemeje, Moba and Ido/Osi LGAs who scored above 200 marks in the forthcoming 2021 UTME.

Akinlayo, who spoke at Otun Ekiti in Moba Local Government Area of the State during the presentation of UTME forms procured by the foundation to over 300 indigent students from the three council areas, said the scholarship, in addition to challenging the students to excel and gain admission, would be a relief to the parents of the beneficiaries.

Hon. Akinlayo noted that the programme was borne out of the need to complement efforts of the administration of Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi, to assist indigents students to pursue their education career.
