Adaralewa Michael Akintayo has been deployed to head Oyo State Command of Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).
The new commandant who resumed duty on Tuesday 15th June 2021 is replacing commandant Iskilu Akinsanya who has been redeployed to Delta State after active and memorable one year and ten months service in oyo state.
In a statement issued and signed by newly promoted Cheif Suprintendent of Corps CSC Oluwole said the new commandant Adaralewa Michael who hail from Ekiti State in his maiden address at the Command Headquarters Agodi Ibadan the Capital City of Oyo State briefed the officers that his deployment to Oyo state command is necessary to compliment the good work done so far by the former commandant who had been redeployed to Delta state.
Commandant Adaralewa through his speech send note of warning to criminal element in the State to vacate Oyo State, while also seek for the support of all stakeholders in the State to enable him succeed like the outgoing Commandant Akinsanya.
The outgoing Commandant Iskilu Akinsanya appreciate the government and good people of oyo state for the encouragement and support given to him.

appealed to officers and men of the command to stretch same hand of love extended to him during his days as the Command Commandant to his successor.
The newly deployed Commandant inspected the quarter guards, met with all heads of department and units charged them to be disciplined and be more dedicated to duty towards ensuring the State is free from all forms of criminality.
The newly deployed Commandant Adaralewa Michael was formerly Commandant Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear Department at the National Headquarters before his redeployment to Oyo Command.
