Abégán, a Yoruba movie, produced by Cleave Communication under the leadership of an Ogbomoso-born multitalented media personalty, Foluso Lala, would be premier on Sunday, December 5, 2021.
The movie, which is said to be a true-life story of a paediatrician in Ogbomoso, features, Anta Laniyan, Ricardo Agbo, Wale Akorede and others.
The event which is scheduled to hold at the University of Ibadan Alumni multipurpose auditorium will commence by 2pm.
Guests expected at the event include Alhaja Aminat F Adewusi as Mother of the day; Gen Oladayo Popoola as the father of the day; Mr Sunday Dare, Minister of Youth and Sports Development is the special guest of honour, while AVM Jacob Bolaji Adigun, the Akogun of Ogbomosoland, is the Chief launcher.

Lala who is the author a book titled IN Awe of the King has also featured in many cinemas including Efunsetan Aniwura: The Untold Story by Funmi Holder; Balogun Ibikunle and Lagbondoko by Biodun Eleni. Others included Alapa by Tamilore Martins-Ojo; Ohun Aye; Kinni Ero Re?; Isokan Yoruba; The Sadist; Femiremi by Bosede Adelaja Mabis; Abeni and Omolewa and other ones that I can’t remember their titles
