The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) has strongly condemned the recent killings at Christ Apostolic Church (C.A.C), Oke-Isegun, in Eruku, Kwara State, describing the attack as “gory, heinous, and a stark manifestation of the escalating genocide against Christians in Nigeria.”

The condemnation was contained in a statement issued by the PFN Media Bureau.

PFN National President, Bishop Francis Wale Oke, said the incident was not only an assault on the sanctity of human life but also a direct test of the resolve of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration to protect Nigerians.
According to him, “This tragic incident is a calculated attempt to destabilize the peace and unity of our nation. We urge President Tinubu to rise to the occasion and demonstrate unwavering leadership in the face of these challenges.”

Bishop Oke commiserated with the leadership and members of Christ Apostolic Church worldwide, particularly Pastor Samuel Olusegun Oladele, as well as with Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and the people of Eruku and Kwara State.

“Our hearts are heavy, and our prayers are with all those affected by this senseless violence,” he said.

The PFN President urged the Federal Government to take immediate action to apprehend the perpetrators and end the needless loss of lives across the country. He also called on Nigerians to remain vigilant, united, and prayerful during what he described as “trying times.”

He reaffirmed the PFN’s commitment to peace, justice, and the protection of human life, adding that the Fellowship will continue to pray for divine guidance for President Tinubu and all leaders as they work to restore security nationwide.
