Air Peace, Nigeria’s leading airline, has announced the implementation of a new boarding arrangement designed to deliver a more seamless, convenient, and professional travel experience for all passengers.

In a statement signed by Dr. Ejike Ndiulo, Head of Corporate Communications at Air Peace Limited, the airline revealed that boarding will now follow a structured priority order: military personnel, passengers with wheelchairs or special needs, and business class passengers. This initiative underscores Air Peace’s commitment to raising service standards and promoting a culture of care, respect, professionalism, and efficiency.

“At Air Peace, we understand that time and comfort matter deeply to our passengers,” said Dr. Allen Onyema, Chairman/CEO of Air Peace Limited.

“This new boarding policy is designed to reduce congestion, enhance orderliness, and ensure that our customers enjoy a smoother start to their journeys.”

Dr. Onyema added that the arrangement reflects the airline’s dedication to inclusive service. “By honoring military personnel and attending to passengers with mobility needs first, Air Peace reinforces its respect for service and accessibility,” he noted, adding that business class travelers will also benefit from expedited boarding—an experience that aligns with the premium service they expect and deserve.

The new boarding system is part of a broader transformation aimed at refreshing the airline’s service culture. Air Peace remains committed to delivering excellence at every touchpoint—from check-in to landing.

As West and Central Africa’s largest carrier, Air Peace operates an extensive network of domestic, regional, and international flights, with a strong focus on safety, hospitality, and world-class service. The airline continues to redefine the flying experience across Africa and beyond.
