For Emmanuel Oritsejolomi Uduaghan, the journey to excellence began in Jos, Plateau State.
He started his early education at Baptist Primary School Jos, where he obtained his first school leaving certificate. Uduaghan thereafter attended Government Secondary School Barinkinladi, Plateau State and got his West African School Certificate.
Having completed his secondary school education at Government Secondary School Barinkinladi, he proceeded to Plateau State Polytechnic and graduated in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
Uduaghan returned to school and was in Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, for the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) programme in Business Administration.
Oritsejolomi Uduaghan also obtained a Bachelor degree in Law at the Delta State University, Oleh Campus. He is currently a postgraduate student in law at the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield United kingdom.
His executive educational experience is wide and varied.

His career as a businessman began in 1998 when he incorporated Webster Global Ventures Limited with a mandate of providing Engineering services to the public and private sector. He worked towards making the dream real.
In fact, he invested his time, passion and resources into Webster Global Ventures Limited, a company that started with only six personnel.
Today, Webster Global Ventures Limited has remained a household name and also a leader in the engineering segment of the country. It has grown with staff capacity of two hundred workers, including COREN certified Engineers at the helm of affairs.
Uduaghan believes in the power of the human mind and intellect and he sees as the most valuable asset of Webster Group, the employees who he handles as rare assemblage of highly qualified professionals. The policy of continuing education, training and career development is one of the best in Africa.

A patriot, pathfinder and a strong believer in the indissolubility of the Nigerian union, Emmanuel Oritsejolomi Uduaghan has undertaken several projects in Itsekiri communities. These include coastal roads done in communities like Tebu, Gbokoda, Udo, Ajamita, Delekete, etc.
A politician of note, Emmanuel Oritsejolomi Uduaghan joined partisan politics in the late 90s as a member of the defunct Grass Root Democratic Movement (GDM) and later became one of the foundation members of the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP) in Delta State. He was appointed Special Assistant in 2000 by Chief James Onanefe Ibori.
To Uduaghan, anything that is worth doing at all is worth doing well. He gave the job his best shot and excelled tremendously to the delight of Chief James Ibori.
As a special Assistant to the governor, he participated in Executive Leadership Training Program in Harvard University and Strategic Intelligence and VIP protection Program at Galilee College, Israel.
Uduaghan’s humility is profound. He is devoting himself to the selfless and flawless life of philanthropy and humanitarian service to his society by doing everything within his means to create employment, build shelters for the people and empower the poor generally and more particularly the women and the physically challenged.
At the Delta State University, Oleh Campus, he left an indelible mark. As a law student, he saw to the renovation of an administrative building in the campus. He provided grant for research in some universities. He also instituted commendable welfare programmes for the people. These include educational scholarships, awards for deserving students and a revolving loan scheme for enterprising market women.
In order to elevate the spiritual and educational standard of the people, he contributed financially in the building of many churches and schools in the country.
Apart from his accomplishments in business, Uduaghan parades a list of awards and honours that many of his contemporaries are certain to find intimidating.
The Nigeria Society of Engineers recognized Uduaghan’s passion for engineering development in the country by conferring on him the prestigious Award of Excellence.
The Civilian Institute of Democratic Administration, Ghana in 2014 conferred on Uduaghan the Prestigious African International Award (AIA).
Uduaghan is a study in hard work, doggedness and determination. His manners are impeccable. His love to everyone is transparent.
