A lawmaker representing Iseyin/Itesiwaju/Kajola/Iwajowa federal constituency at the lower chamber of the National Assembly, Honourable Shina Peller, has described the signing into law of the electoral act amendment Bill 2022 by President Muhammadu Buhari as victory for Nigerians.
The federal legislator, who made this known via his personal social media platforms, also described the development as a milestone achievement for the ninth Assembly, whilst he commended all who contributed immensely to making it a reality.
Moreover, Honourable Peller noted that the new electoral law signifies hope for Nigerian youths and charged them to leverage on it in taking responsibility to choose their leaders in the forthcoming general election.
In addition, he urged the young ones to take action and get involved in the electoral process, adding that now is the time for those who are yet to get their PVCs to do so.
