The Oyo State Commissioner of Youth And Sports, Hon Seun Fakorede has   threatened to sack  any staff of Crown FC  caught in any act inimical to the progress of the club .

He said this while speaking with members of staff of the team  during a familiarization tour and on the spot assessment tour  in Ogbomoso

According to a statement signed by Tunji Alabi the team’s media officer  Fakorede said ” I am highly disappointed to hear that some of you have ignored your primary assignment for partisan politics. Is that the best way to be effective and efficient ? Is that the best way to reciprocate the good gestures of the present administration who is working tirelessly to moving the state forward ? This is time for governance and not politics. I am sounding a note of warning to you for the very last time, anyone caught in any act inimical to the progress of the club will be fired”.

” We need to be united to achieve any set goal. For us in the ministry we will always do our best to make you happy in terms of your welfare. As staff you must always make sure you contribute significantly towards the success of the club as this is the best way to reciprocate the good gestures of the Governor Seyi Makinde led administration.”
