An appeal court sitting in Abuja has set aside a ruling of FCT High Court suspending the APC National Chairman Comrade Adams Oshiomhole from performing his duties.
An Abuja High Court has last Wednesday, ordered an interim suspension of Adams Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress.
Oshiomhole was controversially suspended by the APC in Edo State after he was suspended by the party’s leadership in his ward in the state.
The panel headed by Justice Idris which commenced sitting by 4:00pm on Monday, in a unanimous decision agreed with the appellant that the suspension was unlawful.
Consequent upon this ruling vacating the FCT High court order, Comr. Oshiomhole remains the authentic, legal and solid National Chairman of the APC
