A Federal High Court has ordered the release of the convener of the #RevolutionNow protest, Omoyele Sowore.

Justice Taiwo Taiwo said the activist should be released to his lawyer, Mr. Femi Falana (SAN), who is to produce him for arraignment whenever he is required
Sowore was arrested August 3, 2019 by Nigeria Department of Security Services for treason allegation after calling for a protest tagged RevolutionNow.
