‘Buys 500 Tickets for Ibadan Youths
The countdown to the much-anticipated Fola Homecoming Concert in Ibadan has received a major boost following the endorsement of the event by a federal lawmaker, Hon. Stanley Olajide Odidiomo, who has purchased 500 tickets for youths in Ibadan.
The concert, scheduled for October 3, 2026 at the Agodi Gardens, Ibadan is expected to bring together music lovers, entertainment enthusiasts, celebrities and members of the Ibadan social scene for an evening of music, culture and entertainment.
Odidiomo, while throwing his weight behind the homecoming event, expressed his excitement about welcoming Fola back to Ibadan, describing the concert as an opportunity to celebrate the artiste and provide young people with a memorable entertainment experience.
“I will be glad to welcome Fola back home,” the lawmaker said this while receiving the Fola signature t.shirt presented to him by the Committee of the concert at his Adeoyo, Ring Road, Ibadan home where he also announced his support for the concert and his decision to make 500 tickets available to youths in the city.
The gesture has generated excitement among young entertainment enthusiasts, many of whom are expected to take advantage of the tickets to attend the much-anticipated show.
Beyond the entertainment value, Odidiomo’s support is seen as an effort to give young people greater access to live entertainment and create an atmosphere where they can connect, unwind and celebrate with one of their own.
