A talented Ibadan-based artist, Segun Ajao, popularly known as Mystro Artz, has announced plans to embark on an ambitious Guinness World Record attempt for the Longest Marathon Drawing, targeting an impressive 150 hours of continuous artistic performance.
The historic attempt is scheduled to hold from November 23 to November 29 at the Ibadan North Local Government Car Park, Agodi Gate Road, Agodi, Ibadan, opposite the Government House.
The marathon drawing attempt is aimed at showcasing creativity, resilience and the exceptional talents of Nigerian artists while placing Ibadan and Nigeria on the global stage.
Mystro Artz is calling on art lovers, individuals, corporate organisations, government agencies and well-meaning Nigerians to support the historic project through sponsorship and partnership.
The artist expressed optimism that with the support and encouragement of Nigerians, the 150-hour marathon drawing attempt would become a memorable achievement and a source of pride for Ibadan, Oyo State and the country at large.
