Satguru Maharaj Ji Calls for Ramaphosa’s Resignation Over Xenophobic Violence in South Africa

The Living Perfect Master and founder of the One Love Family, Satguru Maharaj Ji, has called on South African President Cyril Ramaphosa to resign or face impeachment over his handling of xenophobic attacks against African migrants in South Africa.

In a statement titled “President Ramaphosa: Traitor to African Liberation! Go Go Away,” Satguru Maharaj Ji accused the South African leader of failing to demonstrate the leadership expected in addressing violent attacks on black immigrants and protecting the ideals of Pan-Africanism.

He alleged that President Ramaphosa’s administration had not done enough to tackle what he described as systemic economic and social inequalities inherited from the apartheid era, claiming that the president’s response to attacks on African migrants came too late after lives, businesses and livelihoods had already been affected.

The spiritual leader further argued that African unity remained essential for the continent’s development, urging African leaders to resist all forms of injustice and policies capable of undermining the collective progress of Africans across the continent.

Satguru Maharaj Ji also called on the South African Parliament to consider a vote of no confidence against President Ramaphosa, while urging the African Union to review his participation in continental engagements.
Expressing sympathy for victims of the xenophobic attacks, he appealed to African governments to provide support and assistance to affected citizens and businesses, while calling for greater commitment to peace, justice and the protection of all Africans regardless of nationality.

He concluded by advocating for leadership that promotes unity, compassion, fairness and equal opportunities for both black and white citizens, saying Africa deserves leaders who prioritize the welfare and dignity of all people.
