A nine year old boy simply identified as sunday has confessed to stealing of 9 motorcycles with members of syndicate group in ogbomoso
Sunday who was caught while trying to steal another motorcycle by the Amotekun Operatives said he stole another one orita naira area Ogbomoso on 31st of Dec 2020
He said he has a team and his job is to unhook the neck of the machine after which he would be on other member of his team who will drive it away
When asked how much he got on each operation, Sunday said they pay him 2500 and that he is yet to spend the money from the last operation which was given to him yesterday.
Apart from stealing motorcycles, the young boy said he do steal car keys and give them to his oga whose name he refused to mention
The Amotekun cordinator in ogbomoso North Mr Abdulrazaq Alajase said he was caught while trying to steal another motocycle at Kara Area in Sabo Ogbomoso.
He lamented the increasing rate of involvement of underage children in crime in recent time and vow to deal with them
He also said other members of Sunday’s syndicate group who are now at large will be arrested and handed over to the police soon
