Hon. Segun Dokun Odebunmi, the Okanlomo of Ogbomosoland, stands out as a testament to purposeful leadership and divine grace. Since stepping into the political arena, he has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to serving his people and advancing the development of his community. His journey in politics has been marked by impactful contributions, driven by his unwavering passion for the welfare of his constituents.

Before venturing into politics, Hon. Odebunmi had already achieved significant success in his private endeavors ( Oil and Gas , Haulage and Agriculture.)  However, driven by a deep desire to make a difference, he chose to serve the people of his constituency. From his early days as a local council chairman, he exhibited a hands-on leadership style and a keen interest in grassroots development. His tenure in the 7th, 8th, and 9th National Assemblies further solidified his legacy as a leader who prioritizes the needs of his people.

During his time in the House of Representatives, Hon. Odebunmi facilitated numerous developmental projects, empowerment schemes, and employment opportunities that uplifted many lives. His legislative efforts were not just limited to proposing bills but also extended to tangible initiatives in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and youth empowerment.

Even after leaving office, Hon. Odebunmi’s passion for service did not wane. He has continued to leverage his vast network and influence to attract more projects and create opportunities for his constituents. One notable example is his initiative in the agricultural sector. Through BB Heritage Farms, he has empowered young farmers and job seekers, promoting economic growth and food security in the region.
