2023: PDP Leaders Go Spiritual, Visit League of Imams and Alfas for Special Prayer, Support in Iseyin

Leaders and Candidate of Peoples Democratic party in Iseyin on monday visited the leagues of Imam and Alfas In Iseyin local goverment for special prayers and to seek support of the muslim community in the coming election.

The team led by state former chairman of the party, Chief Kunmi Mustapha also had in attendance, Party Senatorial Candidate in Oyo North, Akinwale Solomon Akinwole , House of Reps Candidate in Iseyin/Kajola/Itesiwaju and Iwajowa Federal constituency, Hon Najeemdeen Oyedeji, House of Assembly candidate for Iseyin, Hon Bamidele Adeola

Others at the meeting includes, Oyo North Cordinator for Seyi/Bayo re-election, Barrister Adeniyi Farinto, Council chairmen, and other party stakeholders.

Chief Mustapha said the essence of thier visit is to request for special prayer the coming election especially victory for all the PDP candiates.

He added ” There is no other way to appreciate and reward Makinde’s commitment to Iseyin than to vote massively for PDP during the election

Governor Makinde has done well for us in Iseyin, the road from Iseyin to Moniya. Oyo to Iseyin and Ogbomoso to Iseyin what we can point to apart from other developmental projects that he has given us here and we must appreciate him and reward him with our votes

“Establishment of LAUTECH, Iseyin Campus is another success story of Governor Makinde, during the campaign he promised to establishe a higher institutions in Oke Ogun and he has started with LAUTECH’s campus, which has make other community in Oke Ogun go be envying us so we must give reward him with votes.

Also, Governor Makinde’s Campaign Cordinator in Oyo North, Barrister Adeniyi Farinto in his remark urged the religious leaders not to believe the lies of the opposition about Makinde’s insensitivity to religion and Oke Ogun issues

“Makinde is fair to us in Oke Ogun, he  appointed more oke ogun indigenes in his cabinet and he doesn’t denigrate any religion, he is a man of peace whose docus is simply to give oyo state the best it deserves and we can all see what he has been able to do in the first term i am sure you will see and enjoy more in his second coming”

PDP Senatorial candidate in Oyo North, Hon Akinwale Akinwole said the religion leaders should prayer and tell their subjects to vote for PDP at all level” If we have PDP at the state and Federal level everything will work out fine , there willl be more development and economic stability.

Hon. Najeem Oyedeji O’shine and Hon Bamidele Adeola in their seperats remarks harps on the need to mobilize their people to vote for continuity of governor Makinde and other PDP candidate.

The programm feature quoran recitation and special prayer by chief Imam of Iseyin , Sheik Abdul Akeem Olajori who prayed for peace and victory at the pool
