THE National president, Enough is Enough Nigeria Reloaded, Mr George Ayodele Adeshina has called on all candidates of political parties participating in the 2019 general elections to base their campaign on issues and not attack personalities as the country prepares for the election.

Adeshina in a statement issued emphasized that as all political parties participating in the 2019 elections have concluded their primary elections and are now preparing for campaign, there is need to call them to order so that they will not heat up the polity unnecessarily.

According to the statement, “As our dear country is preparing for the 2019 elections in all fronts, we at Enough is Enough Nigeria Reloaded are hereby calling on members of all the political parties that will feature in next year’s election to base their campaign on issues that will have direct effect on Nigerians.

“At all times that Nigeria and helpless Nigerian masses have always been on the receiving end while the real actors usually get away with this grievous offence.

“At Enough is Enough Nigeria Reloaded, we are appealing to our politicians not to heat up the polity more it is currently experiencing. Let your campaigns to seek political offices be on issues and how prepared you are to improve the lives of an average Nigerian through your blueprint.

“We know many politicians are friends beyond party affiliations, but your supporters whose loyalty is unalloyed have always at the receiving end whenever there is a slight difference on who control the national cake at a point in time. So, we are appealing that you make the campaign a real issues based and steer away from attacking personalities in order not to ignite the already tensed atmosphere in the country.”
