17-year-old Boy Jailed One Year Over Sodomy

A 17-year-old teenager, Aliyu Ibrahim, has been sent to prison for one year imprisonment on charges of sodomising four boys.

According to the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, the Federal High Court 4 in Sokoto issued the verdict.

In a post on its Facebook page, the anti-human trafficking agency said, “The Federal High Court 4, Sokoto state presided over by Honorable Justice Isah Muhammad Bargaja on the 23rd of January 2022 convicted Aliyu Ibrahim of rape.
